Who I am
Hi there, I'm KADE! My pronouns are They/She. I'm a singer/songwriter in my mid-twenties from Kjipuktuk (Halifax) Nova Scotia. I've been singing for as long as I can remember and writing songs since grade 2!
Why I started
I decided to start recording and sharing my music with the world this year as I've always loved telling stories, and the music I love to write is the kind that tells a story. This is something I decided to do for myself and I'm grateful to be able to go beyond that and share my music with the world! I'm really just hoping that my little second grade self would be proud of me now!
What else I do
Outside of making music I study at Dalhousie university, work with youth programs and teach dinghy sailing! I love to read, explore the outdoors, cook, and spend time with my friends, family and of course my two cats!
